We would like to remind you of a few important points before you start completing this form:

1. You must have carefully reviewed and read the conditions of the program on the following link:

2. Before you start filling out the form, you must have the information for at least 6 of your students.
3. The Pangea Association covers the teacher's expenses within Germany (airport-hotel-airport transfers, 3 nights accommodation (B&B Hotel), breakfast, cash for meals, city transfers, Berlin boat tour). If a group does not stay at the B&B Hotel, the teacher of this group will be paid in cash at the rate of 80 € per night for accommodation and breakfast. Without exception, all teachers are required to pay for their own visas, flights, insurance and other personal expenses.
4. With the Save and Resume feature, you can update your student list within 1 month after you approve this form.
5. Following your group's participation and hotel approval, the invoice and payment process will begin.
6. The quotas will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability and country participant limits.

* Completing this form does not guarantee your participation in the program. The application quotas will be checked based on the form's submission date, and you will be contacted by e-mail within 5 working days at the latest. Please don't forget to check your spam folder.

* You have to provide a valid and active email. Otherwise, you won't be able to update this form later or receive notifications from the organization.
